In March we were joined by a 50-year-old… meaning a 50-year-old whisky. Since then our passion has been supported by the experience of The Glenlivet Vintage 1964.
The liquor is so far the most expensive whisky sold in Poland and it is the opening of the Winchester Collection – the series of very rare and valuable 50-year-old Scotch single malt whisky. The Winchester Collection whisky has been slowly aging in oak bourbon barrels for half a century in the The Glenlivet distillery in Speyside. It got unique flavour and aroma with time. The dignified character of the bottle, best serving the exceptional content, was taken care of by the most qualified British craftsmen. Each element was made with uncommon precision and finesse.
There has been only 100 bottles of the liquor, currently only one is in Poland. It can be bought in the Whisky and Wine Place, the biggest stationary whisky and champagne store in Poland.
